I received mine within two days of ordering and the postage cost was reasonable. Any dents and scratches I've observed seem minimal which I think speaks to the high quality and standards that this business has.
It couldn't have been any easier to set up out of the box and we are very happy with this sturdy learning tower.

This tower is great. Beautifully made and tucks into a corner when not in use. Very sturdy and when the grandkids are too big will be a handy stool to have to reach high cupboards. Great service and I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

First of all I would like to thank Emma and her fantastic customer service !! We have been using the learning tower for a couple of weeks now and it is perfect! No regret purchasing this and soo happy that we went with the Moppet Learning tower! We have a small kitchen and it is nicely designed so it is not as chunky as other models on the market. Purchased one of the discounted scratch and dent models as I initially couldn't justify the cost. Regretting not buying this sooner! Can't keep my 3yo out if the kitchen now, he has even started making his own breakfast. So easy to use and not bulky to move around or store. I love that I can use it too!
I have a very wriggly boy and holds up well against his gymnastics moves, I don't stress about him on it at all. Owners were wonderful to deal with when I forgot that I was picking it up!

My son was almost 3 when we got this to replace his old, larger and non folding tower (for space reasons). When I started looking into Learning Towers I found cheap ones, fancy ones and then found Moppet Kids. The game changer for me with their LT was in our little house where space was precious. The learning tower could fold up and sit right next to our fridge!

We have been using the learning tower since just before my little boy turned 1 and started getting excited about what we are doing in the kitchen. He now climbs up and down by himself and is very proud of himself each time. It’s super sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, compact, love that it folds flat and I LOVE that my husband and I can use it as a step ladder.

We liked the first one that we bought for our first child so much that we bought a second one for our second child. The quality is amazing and our kids love using them!

I bought a Learning Tower as a present for my grandson after my daughter told me about it and then I did my own research of other options. It is so much more practical and useful than other towers my other children had in their homes. I bought a second one for my own home I was so impressed with it. None of the others we researched were comparable. Very happy with both purchases.

We live in an apartment but used to have a bigger, bulky tower in our previous home. We bought the Moppet ladder when we moved but I wish we’d had this one all along! The fact it folds away to nothing (no tripping or shunting around the kitchen) and acts as an adult ladder too, make it second to none. In a small or big space, I’d choose this option every time.

Solid construction, safe, looks good in the kitchen and very practicable. My grandson loves it! Great value for money. Even I (weight - 100 kgs) use it to reach the top cupboards. Highly recommended.
