Shipping policy
Moppet Kids ships all our packages 100% carbon neutral via Sendle. If you know your area has issues with Sendle please reach out to us via the contact form to arrange an alternative.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. If your delivery cost is exorbitant due to a regional location please get in touch with us via our contact form and we will try to source an alternative courier service for you.
Moppet Kids only ships to Australia at this stage.
Processing: All items will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days from purchase unless specified in the product listing.
Shipping Time Frame: Your shipping estimate is available on the tracking page. You will be emailed your tracking number when the product is fulfilled and you can check its status here: Sendle Tracking Page.
Signature Required: As all of our products are large and high value we will not provide authority to leave and a signature must be collected on delivery. If you miss your delivery you can rebook the delivery by following the instructions emailed to you at a time that someone will be home. If you do not rebook delivery within 5 days the item will be returned to us and you will need to pay for shipping again to resend it to your home.

Missing or Damaged Parcels: Please contact us via our contact form or email us at customerservice@moppetkids.com and send us your tracking information/order details and or any photos of the damaged packaging and we will work with you to resolve your issues,

Incorrect Address/Returns to Sender:
If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information and the item is returned to us you will have two options
1 - Cover the cost of shipping again with updated shipping details in order to receive your item
2 - Recieve refund less a $25 restocking fee per item to cover administrative costs.
If we can not reach you or you do not respond to our attempts to contact we will engage option 2, after 30 days from the return mail being received by us.
