Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Moppet Kids (GGD Engineering PTY LTD T/A Moppet Kids) (ABN 40 660 537 520) of 4 Peet Street, Pakenham, VIC (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Overview

Eligible customers who leave a product review during the Promotion Period will receive entries into a monthly random draw to win a Yoto Mini.

This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have placed a valid order with the Promoter over any time period. However they must have left a product review for a Folding Learning Tower or Scratch and Dint Folding Learning Tower in the last month prior to the draw. 

The winner must reside in Australia and be able to provide a valid email address, phone number, and shipping address for prize fulfilment within one week of the draw.

Notification of the winner will occur via email to the email provided with the review or on the order. 

4. Promotion Period

This promotion runs on a monthly basis.

  • Entries are counted from the first day of each calendar month to the last day of that month at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT).

  • The draw will take place in the first week of the following month.

5. How to Enter

Eligible customers may enter by submitting a genuine product review for an order placed with the Promoter.

Entry limits and weighting are as follows:

  • 1 review = 1 entry

  • 1 review including an image or video = 2 entries

  • 1 review including an image or video, plus submission of an image or video approved for marketing use = 5 entries

Only one entry per order is permitted. Multiple reviews for the same order will not result in additional entries.

Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. The content of the review does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Additional media can be submitted via email to ugc@moppetkids.com only entries that recieve reciept of confirmation are included in the draw. If you do not get a reply email from us please follow up to ensure your additional entries are counted. 

To qualify for additional entries media must clearly depict the Folding Learning Tower with either a child or adult using it safely. Faceless photos (i.e from the back) are welcome. 

6. Marketing Content Consent

Where an entrant chooses to submit an image or video for marketing use, they confirm that:

  • They own the content or have permission to share it

  • They grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish the content for marketing purposes across digital and advertising channels, both paid and organic, indefinitely.

7. Prize

The prize is one (1) Yoto Mini Player, valued at the recommended retail price at the time of the draw.

The prize:

  • Will be shipped directly to the winner’s nominated Australian address

  • Is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

This promotion is not associated with Yoto Play in any way and Moppet Kids is not responsible for any waranty claims pertaining to the Yoto Mini product. 

8. Draw & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s premises in the first week of the following month.

The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner does not respond or provide required details within 7 days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.

There will be no re draw. 

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and prize delivery, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues affecting review submission

  • Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Legal Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Victorian laws and regulations.
